can’t help getting in touch with your feminine side in this pretty, ruffly piece! fitted through the waist, it has a v neck and layered, ruffles on the sleeves and skirt. stretchy smocked back for shape and fit. all in white fabric with a blue floral pattern that had us in AWE. the model is 5’4” and 106 pounds. she is wearing size small. NOTE: this dress is mini! if you are taller than 5’4” or curvy, please order up, but understand it is meant to be short.
